The new Mrs. Pennsylvania United States is a 2007 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine with a B.A degree from Bucknell University. A practicing dentist, Ellie is a Christiana Care Hospital Dental Department faculty volunteer, a volunteer with the Delaware Oral Health Coalition, serves on the Awareness
Committee - Give Kids a Smile and is an Ethics Committee Member. Her professional goal is to start her own dental practice within a few years while continuing to teach and volunteer at her local hospital, all without sacrificing family time!

When ask what personal achievement she is most proud of she said, “A student graduates from dental school by completing numerous procedures and it is sometimes difficult to graduate on time. Between my third and fourth years of dental school, I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer, underwent two surgeries, and still managed to graduate…on time!”
1st Runner Up was Carmela Stelitoes of Pittsburgh, 2nd Runner Up was Jill Hosko of Bethel Park, and the remaining contestants included Kate Marshall of Adams Township, Kimberly Ann Reiter of Sharon, and Melissa Meadows Smith of Bensalem.
