Criteria for becoming an entrant

  • Entrant MUST be married and living with her husband
  • Entrant MUST be at least 21 years of age
  • Entrant MUST be a United States Citizen
  • Entrant should live in; work in; own property in; or, be from Pennsylvania
  • Entrant understands the term Entrant is defined as a naturally born female meeting all the eligibility criteria, rules and
    regulations outlined in this entry form/contract

Judging at the State Pageant Competition

  • Interview Competition - Pageant judges spend time with each contestant to learn about her successes, talents, goals and ambitions. Attention is focused on her poise, charm, self-confidence and her ability to communicate, as well as the substance of her answers.
  • Swimsuit Competition - Attention is focused on beauty of face, figure, physical fitness, and the confidence with which each contestant carries herself. Numerical measurements are not considered in the judging.
  • Evening Gown Competition - Each contestant wears a gown she has chosen for herself. Attention is focused on each contestant's overall appearance, self-confidence, sense of style and the beauty she brings to the gown of her choice.

(There is no talent competition and no experience is necessary.)

The Mrs. Pennsylvania United States Pageant is looking for ambassadors to represent Pennsylvania, throughout the state, as well as, nationally and internationally. The winner may not score the highest in any one particular category but will do well in all events. She is a woman who possess the entire package of poise, personality, intelligence and beauty. She should understand that, along with the prizes and glamour, there comes a responsibility to the pageant system, sponsors, community and to Pennsylvania. She automatically and instantly becomes a role model. It is certain to be a year of personal growth and maturing that money cannot buy.
